Rebirth: 10452 is a multidisciplinary solo exhibition by Lebanese-American artist Will Salha, exploring the resilience, memory, and cultural identity of Lebanon through contemporary art and immersive technology.
Named after Lebanon's land area of 10,452 square kilometers, the exhibition is a tribute to a nation whose history, traditions, and people continue to endure and inspire despite adversity. Through a collection of oil and acrylic paintings, large-scale installations, projection mapping, augmented reality, and interactive experiences, visitors are invited to journey through themes of loss, hope, heritage, and renewal.
Blending traditional artistic techniques with emerging technologies, Salha creates an environment where art becomes a living experience. Historical figures, everyday moments, landscapes, and symbols of Lebanese culture are reimagined through immersive storytelling, encouraging visitors not only to observe but to participate.
"In times of destruction, culture remains. Through memory, through art, and through the human spirit, we rise again."
— Will Salha

At the heart of the exhibition is the belief that culture survives conflict and that art has the power to preserve memory, build connections, and inspire healing. Each work serves as a reminder that identity transcends borders and that the spirit of Lebanon continues to flourish through its people and its rich cultural legacy.

Presented at The VEN Gallery in Washington, D.C., Rebirth: 10452 celebrates the enduring power of creativity to unite communities and foster dialogue across cultures. The exhibition also features special cultural programming, including The Symphony of Lebanon – Opera Night, further bringing together visual art, music, and performance in a shared celebration of heritage.
